{UAH} IS A CAVEAT PERMANENT
IS A CAVEAT PERMANENT
A caveat is a warning to any potential buyer or person interested in land not to do anything on the land without permission from the person who put that warning.
According to the law, a caveat is not permanent. It expires after sixty (60) days or when the person who 'put' it removes it. So, if you put a caveat on land, then you are supposed to handle any controversy or dispute about the land, to determine the rights of everyone who is being affected by your caveat. However, if this caveat was brought by a beneficiary (a person who derives advantage from the land), then it can only expire once the court removes it.
