{UAH} PHOTOS: American Woman ignores her riches to marry Ugandan Boda Boda rider with one-bedroom house built of mud, netizens left talking
Whoever said God knows our crucial life was absolutely right. 35 year old American woman, Carey Joy has spilled the beans saying that God had anticipated to her that she would get married to his current husband and indeed it came true.
She says that 28 year old Albert Wanyonyi, who is currently her husband and a boda-boda rider, by coincidence proposed to her a couple of years ago after God speaking to her.
Albert fell in love with joy at first sight during the opening of a church in his village. He reveals that he didn't know how to express himself in English and only had a good mastery of a local language.
Albert decided to start teaching himself some English with the help of friends. A year later, Albert gained the guts and had advanced his English a little bit, he opened up to Joy and told her clearly and straight to the point, "I LOVE YOU."
Joy was tainted with surprise, she revealed to Albert that she had been waiting for him as God had promised to her. The two started a relationship and later got married in October 2018.
Despite living in a one-bedroom house built of mud, Joy has made it known that they have no plans of relocating to the urban areas as she loves simple lifestyle in the rural area.
The couple has been blessed with 2 beautiful kids. Albert is a hardworking man who earns a living from riding a boda boda as their source of income. The couple says they are financially stable.
Joy has revealed that ever since she got married, she has been learning Albert's culture and noting that she has learnt to cook local foods that she never had in mind she would ever know how to prepare.
