Today in the Supreme Court of Ghana.

A ruling will be delivered following the Presidential election petition filled by John Mahama Dramani of the opposition's National Democratic Congress (NDC) against incumbent President Nana Akufo Addo Dankwa of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

On 12th December 2020, Ghana Electoral Commission chairperson Ms. Jean Mensa declared President Nana Akufo as the winner of the hotly contested Presidential election with 6,730,413votes ( 51.59% ) against Dramani of NDC with 6,214,889 votes (47.36%.) .

President Nana Akufo will be serving his second term as president of the Republic of Ghana.
