BALAM ASK GOVERNMENT TO DESIGNATE 24 APRIL A PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

Renowed event promoter and National Resistance Movement diehard Balaam Barugahara wants the Government to declare the first son's birthday a public holiday.

Balaam, a staunch supporter of Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba and his father President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni, says April 24th annually which in this year falls on Saturday be gazzated so that all Ugandans can celebrate with him.
