{UAH} Former FDC man Herbert Seiko appointed

Former FDC Soroti Municipality MP, Herbert Ariko, who has crossed to the NRM party, has been appointed the principal private secretary to the deputy speaker of Parliament, Anita Among.

Ariko,  lost his bid to represent Soroti City East Division in Parliament to Moses Okia Attan of FDC. 

Earlier on today, he was officially welcomed by the Vice Chairman NRM Eastern Mike Mukula.

Is this what President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni  meant when he said he was talking to some DPS,  FDCs and soon NUPs?
