{UAH} *Gen Museveni, since when did the Europeans become a problem?*

Your excellency, receive my warm congratulatory message after your swearing in last week. 

Wisdom & civility would demand that i salute & respect you even when i disagree with you. It's from this background that I watched your swearing in ceremony as my President in the next five years, unless or until God plans otherwise.

In your good speech your Excellency, you attacked the Europeans for always meddling in our African affairs asserting that they had no moral authority to lecture you on democracy.

Your excellence, like fellow African despots, you have deliberately not found it in your senses to take responsibility for any of your decisions, commissions or omissions. During your first two decades as a President, you turned Amin &  Obote into a punching bag for all the problems that Uganda faced including your own failures.

In your third decade, when you realised that you had led Uganda for more time than all past presidents combined you shifted the guns to the opposition MPs like Hon Kibanzanga, Hon Anywar aka Mama Mabira & others. 

Later alone you successfully co-opted many of those former opposition MPs into your cabinet including UPC party & some so-called good DP leaders but still our problems seem not to have ended.

Today you seem to have shifted your guns to the  Europeans. Your first major attack was at the swearing in ceremony of President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya when you referred to the International Criminal Court as a bunch of useless people who were persecuting Africans. 

During the concluded elections, the Europeans became the target of your attack in many aspects claiming that they were sponsoring opposition. Ofcourse because you hired people to come to your meetings, you couldn't believe that your competitors would attract masses voluntarily & then you shifted the displaced anger to the Europeans!

During your rally in Hoima, you refered to the Europeans as "abasiru" meaning fools. On your swearing in & many other occasions you have called them idiots & other derogatory embarrassing words etc.

Your excellence, since when did the Europeans become bad? When did their lectures become bad for you? When did your marriage of convinience with them break down, & who surely betrayed who?

When the Europeans through IMF & World Bank lectured you on economy & you adopted the structural adjustments programs, they were good but when they asked you to stop battering & torturing your own citizens, they became idiots!

When they offer you loans that are persistently squandered by your cronies, family & friends they are useful people but whenever they demand for accountability for this money they become useless!

When they gave Uganda a debt forgiveness on two occasions so that we could start afresh, they were generous people, but when they talk about democracy they turn into enemies!

Whenever you invite them to invest in Uganda to create employment opportunities for Your people they are good, but whenever they ask for a good political environment that favors investment & supports sustainability they are a bunch of fools!

When they supported UPDF in Garamba to hunt down your enemy Joseph Kony they were serving our interests but when they ask you to respect your citizens' rights, they are championing their interests!

When the ICC tried Dominic Ongwen the LRA commander they are doing justice but when they indight a fellow dictator like Omar El Bashir, they are persecuting Africans!

When they fund governant programs through donations & loans they are serving Africans but when they fund Civil society organisations they are now African enemies!

When they sell you guns that you use to kill your own citizens they should be praised but when they ask you to use those guns responsibly then they are dictating on Africa, what hypocricy!

Your excellency, allow me pose these questions; When the US supports UPDF to Somalia, whose interests are you serving? Are you serving African interests under the armpits of whites or are you serving as a conduit of the whites occupation on African soil?

When Uganda & Rwanda attacked DRC & removed Mobutu from office whose interests were you serving?

Your excellence, Uganda is a sovereign state, but we live in a global village that the attrocities you commit can never go unnoticed & un condemned!  

We must work together to make the world a better place to live in because we have common interest a humanity!

There is no sovereignty to barter your own citizens, to kill your own people, to abrogate your own Constitution against the will of the people or to plunder your own country, that is a falacy!

Lastly, the whites could have taken our resources during colonialism or even to-date, but they demonstrated that they could feed the cow that they were milking than most African Leaders of today. They built the railway line that you canibalised, they built the best hospitals & schools that you have destroyed, they built a robust public service than what you have & left a number of systems like the education system that to date you use.

Sixty years as an independent country; at least managing our own affairs, if we still think the whites are our main problem, we are in a delusion. 

If we have killed our own people, destroyed our own culture, looted our own resources & hidden the precedes in European banks, made our own citizens landless, failed to stock our hospitals & instead ran to Europe for treatment, then we must be very stupid & satisfied idiots & therefore we should blame ourselves & not the whites
