{UAH} THE AUTOPSY OF UGANDANS FAILURE TO BEAT MUSEVENI

When some one dies several pathologists and sometimes from different hospitals, examine all  body tissues and fluids of the deceased to end up writing a combined report at what caused the individual’s demise. We do this process to understand how to keep those alive from meeting such fate. Because hospitals specialize in specific parts of the body, you will be surprised at how body parts move in a city like Toronto, for a specific lab in a specific city specializes in this or other body part. Some times they move even out of the country to another to get a specific report. This morning I will perform an autopsy at how UAH as a forum failed to be a useful organ in the struggle to deter Museveni. Embrace your selves as we take this ride.

 

The forum was built on a very strange base, Ugandans at heart. What does that mean exactly?  In fact in the old days as it started you had to send in an explanation at why you have an interest into Uganda, remember those days? Yes at the beginning of UAH, the forum was doing exactly what I am doing to Allan Barigye in 2021. What is your interest into Uganda, had to be explained before you were registered as a member, and that is how none Ugandans like Allan Barigye gained a foot into becoming members when they were none Ugandans, they presented a reason why they had interest in Uganda. It bothered me as a Ugandan to be asked that question, for it drove the forum to what UPC-net tried to do and it failed miserably to its grave, I would have preferred that question to be asked, if it was even worth, to none Ugandans, a Ugandan should have been handed a green light straight out. Now that Abbey had no way understanding who is a Ugandan and who is not, I would have dropped that requirement from get go. It is late today we are moving forward.

 

For the record I was never asked that question for I was just drafted into UAH, by whom? I have no clue to today, Emails just started to fly in and as a good soldier, never asked questions, just followed the flow.

 

UAH failed to have a standard goal, yes we have over 10,000 members, that sounded nice but what are the objects? Many years it has been running, can we today take count of the achievements? No we cannot for it has been a forum running from place to place, no objects, and ended up as a Gook guiding EM back to the house a trip EM will never remember. He was just done and probably the only best day he will ever get in life. Because the forum had no specific objects, some of us that wanted to push specific issues succeeded in some and lost in some. As an example I tried to use UAH to raise the none discussed Ombaci massacre that many in this forum never even heard of, wapi Ugandans even those in diaspora remain as they were in government. To Peter Simon Okurut the only people that died in Uganda were in Mukula, those in Ombaci , in Koboko, in Luwero, in Kanungu, in 1979 war were Monkeys, the ones in Mukura he even addresses those as “Our people” Yes only those have a value. Thus in the many years I have pushed for the members to use such a massive forum so that we get one thing clear to our leaders, that killing Ugandans is wrong, failed for they look at it from personal death than a collection of deaths in a country.

 

At times the forum became a dead horse, heavy  and slumbering, thus tiring any one that tries to pull it. You see it stood in a middle of an intersection, it failed me understanding if it is going to be a Uganda government mouth piece, or a forum to combine the diasporas into pushing the Uganda government to be better. That I failed to nail down and for several reasons, UAH would not combine Ugandans in diaspora against the government, for many in diaspora were supporting Museveni and working directly for him. Ocen Nekyon opened up the American Democrats to Museveni, he used UNAA as a front arm for Museveni, and Museveni invested into UNAA to scoop as much political muscle as he could, as the Ocen Nekyon’s were getting money straight out of bank of Uganda on annual basis. The Doctor Muniini Mulera’s lifted an entire UNAA convention and handed it to Museveni in Kampala on a silver platter. And do you know why I bailed at that one? I was at a time pushing Uganda government to make the camps of Acholi public, we had anonymous deaths in Uganda that Uganda government, the Obama administration, and the entire UAH blocked out. And I think it was only myself and late OJ, that went public about it and no one gave us a hand. If UNAA is an organization for Ugandans in diaspora, it had to include Acholi and Langi, how will they fly into Uganda for a convention to be addressed by Museveni? It just never added up. Thus how would UNAA be used to become a combined force of Ugandans in diaspora to put a weight on the leaders at home when the entire Acholi and Langi population has been cut out? I firkin bailed out. In fact this morning I can state that I have never ever attended a UNAA convention whether it is in Canada, United States or firkin Uganda. Not once. And by the time it went to Uganda I was such a darling to many Ugandans, that I even got a free ticket and rejected to use it, for I had a stone of camps in the North hanging on my heart. I ended up flying to Uganda after that convention and spent three days in the North, visited several camps, and man what Gore picture I still see to today !!!!!!!

 

The forum became dead horse for when you started a discussion on a point, Ugandans were never programed to learn, One of the many reasons I got moderated was because I stood up and declared the Uganda opposition a manufactured opposition. At that time there was only one opposition FDC and its leader was Dr Kiiza Besigye. You had to be a critical thinker at that time to raise the damage of the opposition, and Ugandans used that dead horse to drag me into believing that Besigye was the angle with blue eyes, but look the man was a Rwandan, he created the movement and nourished it, without Besigye there was never a Museveni, and he had the same failures, remember how he stated that all Ugandans were Movementists? He preached that all Ugandans were FDC party members to go after Museveni, and he demonized any critique against FDC by criminalizing going after FDC. You are working for Museveni if you critique FDC. Political party’s like DP and UPC had to be swallowed up for now opposing Museveni has become a party within its self. That failed to be a pointer to the members of the forum, they protected that dead opposition, and moderated EM that went after it, today in 2021, John kwitonda is publicly preaching how they all in opposition are a bunch of Museveni’s surrogates. Can you imagine if Kwitonda joined me in 2001 when I started to go after Kifeefe?

 

The forum started this marathon of recruiting Uganda politicians, I still to today fail to get the value of their membership. We are glad that this minister, that DC, this RC, that mayor, this commander, that what have you has become member of UAH. I kept on going SO FIRKIN WHAT ? You see when NRA went to power all NRA branches in diaspora were closed and by force. Yes Dr Mulera used to call him self a chair man of NRA in Toronto, no we now have an embassy if you value this government that large come home. What am I to learn from the Kampala mayor in UAH, will I ask a question and it gets answered? What answer will he give me? What will Salim Saleh explain to me? I have flown to Uganda on many times, sat with all these fools, in their offices, and in their homes, and asked all these tough questions, they do not answer them. Why would they answer them when they are in UAH a forum that even Museveni reads? If I have  failed to get an answer when we are looking at each other in the face, we have even a bottle of Uganda waragi between us, will I get an answer when I am in Toronto for I have posted it in UAH? The praising of new arrivals in UAH continued until when it died a slow death, and to today, we do not have got a single writing from any of them, not even firkin one.

 

I had a dream of pilling up Uganda forum with international powers, my MP reads a whole lot you will be surprised at what she will tell you from Africa, for she is following almost every forum out there, I expected those to be the people we need in this forum, cabinet ministers here have monitors of these forums, councilors in the city have monitors, and policies in his country are made based on the calls we make in these forums. If we have 5 federal ministers, and 6 provincial ministers, we can drive Canada to do a policy in Uganda based on what we discuss here. Simple and very clear. We use their presence into forum this large, we direct Ottawa what to do. That was my dream for I have seen so many countries in Central America pushing their agenda in this country through just forums. But before Invited my MP, I wondered what policy she would have picked out of UAH, for if I wanted Canada to raise the number of Uganda immigrants into Canada, Gook preaches at Canada opening up its borders for all illegals to walk in, he does not give a fuck at who remained in Katakwi, he wants Guatemalans to pile up in here by truck loads. When I raise the Rwandans like Barigye looting our country dry, Peter Simon Okurut calls me a racist for Rwandans have lived in the country too long, to become the official looters of our own country. When I raise the Ombaci massacre Mayimuna Kenyi stand up and calls those that murdered people in her own region Brazas. What single issue that has combined us thanks to UAH to warrant me bringing my MP as a member of it? We have raised so much money from the governments here to go to Central American countries, Vaccines are heading south for the calls are being made in public forums of Central America, we know exactly what is going and where it is going, the federal government does not know, but it is informed for its MPs are reading those forums, they are contributing, asking questions and getting answers, they fly in there and make notes, then come back and inform Ottawa. What danger faces our people at home, and we get organized to do that? I have even contributed money to start a push for a project through this forum and Semuwemba did not even bother to respond.

 

It is strange that when the forum was started, it was at such a speed that it frightened Museveni. They had a specific office monitoring daily what we write, the moment they saw how imbecile and immature we were, it beats some of us understanding who was thrown out of Museveni’s agenda first, was it UNAA or UAH? Annett will decry the death of people on Kampala road, do you know how to stop her noise, ask her to start an organized opposition. That is a no go to her and a no go to John Kwitonda. Abbey Semuwemba for God’s sake,  still believes that Dr Kiiza Besigye is the only man that will lead Uganda to Democracy. So you have a country stuck with a leader that will never leave power, and a population stuck with ideas that will never change, never grow, never developed, never learn from mistakes even after you walk them through fire. They walk out as they walked in, UAH no UAH.

 

As the autopsy continues, my next piece is going to be how deep Allan Barigye a Rwandan, has been allowed by Ugandans to use but abuse our country, enjoy the firkin day.
