{UAH} watermelons contribute to healthier kidneys

Due to a high content of potassium, watermelons contribute to healthier kidneys.
An excess of protein in the diet, for example, if you eat too much meat, chicken, eggs, and cheese, increases the amount of uric acid in the blood. Uric acid can cause kidney stones.
Potassium decreases the amount of uric acid. This reduces the chance of kidney damage and the formation of kidney stones.
In addition, watermelons have a blood pressure lowering effect. That is good for your heart and blood vessels.
