And this is exactly what intelligent people do. When society goes out and loots a city the adults stand up collect those loots and hand them back. It reminds me the argument I had with Peter Simon Okurut where he argued that parents of Acholi never knew that holding kidnaped Baganda girls into forced marriage was known to Acholi parents, the parents never knew what their kids had looted in Luwero, so to Acholi parents our daughters that were being pounded in Busiisira due to forced marriage, Byalani, the enormous Mabaati, the massive numbers of cows and Goats they took by trailers, Acholi parents never knew that they were looted, that is the very fucked up Acholi nonsense why today we hold all of Acholi responsible. When they beat up little ladies and their parents keep quiet about it, that is why we label all Acholi violent. And we must be very clear about that. We are personally responsible for the actions of our kids for we reject the idea of bunching all of us into such characters.

 

Thus the warnings that happened when I was growing up, Omuganda takola bwatyo, leka obuyisa bwe'Kinyarwanda, Omuganda abuza abantu, leka kulya nga oswankula nga Omu'Nyarwanda. Omwana omuwala tatambula nga afuuwa oluwa nga Munamawanga. Bannange totuswaaza bwotyo ffe tetuli Banya'Rwanda naye Baganda. On and on the counseling went, and that was never because Rwandans were such bad people, they were just without manners as you see the behaviour of Allan Barigye in UAH. Absolute no respect to no one.  They talk with food in their mouth, they spit on the road, who does that except when you are a Rwandan? Counselling was never done to a single child it was done in reflection of the entire Baganda tribe, a word I hate using, but we needed all of our children to grown as one family, a behavior a Muganda does must be a behavior to reflect on all of us, and thus if you went to Acholi and looted their property it reflects on all Baganda, and we feared to be grouped together as looters.

 

Let me touch on the violence that was done in Acholi, Baganda kids went to Acholi and raped everything they found, all women were raped, all kids were raped, most Acholi men you see today were actually raped, some goats too went down in the mass rapes that happened in Acholi. Let no one lie to you that Baganda did not know about those rapes. They knew about them and Baganda allowed their boys to go up there and drop every pant to the ground and by force if need be. Do you know why? Because an Acholi young and old had to get a very clear message that they did not own the legacy on violence. Go in and educate them that what they did in Luwero can be done to their own people too. For a very long time, from time memorial Acholi have been a very violent society, to a point that the British refused to colonise them, the writtings state that the British left the Acholi in both Uganda and Sudan for they were just too violent. By 1900 Acholi had 20,000 guns between them, think about that. Reasons for the British Choice of the Acholi as the ...

 

And as they lived that violent life, no one ever actually stood in their land and educated them that their children can be raped infront of them too. Everyone has been shying away as they mass rape every one, as they loot everything seen, Acholi not only raped babies in Luwero, they raped them in Eastern Uganda too. Thus someone had to take a lead and educate the God damn fools. And God forbid if Obote three comes back to Uganda and Acholi return to Luwero and rape our children, Baganda understand why such a revenge will happen. They agreed to take that risk but someone out there,  had to put a God damn foot down on Acholi violence. In fact when you look closely at the violence that was done in Acholi, no Muganda looted their property, nope for their property was never needed, by the way what would one loot up there. A couple of small chickens with small legs? Geee'eeeZ !!!!  It is like going to firkin Byumba what will you loot? Oh and if you looted that property and came back with it to Buganda, the adults would stand up and torch it, do not bring stolen property here for we are not thieves. The message was only to stop mass Acholi violence, thus if you drop her pants and rape her leave her with her torn pants, do not loot them as they did in Luwero.

 

The people of South Africa are commendable, for they walked to their own, picked up the looted property and returned it to malls. That is what normal people do. That is what responsible people do, for looting is wrong. And we do not sit in our small corners and preach God damn ignorance when a kid walks back to his Kasisira in Gulu or Teso with 20 Singer Byalani, we demand to know how he got them, and we demand he takes them back for it is a stolen property. The moment you keep quite with it,  you all become thieves and looters. I have stated over and over that Rwandans like Allan Barigye have survived their country by looting our country. I went to Kigali the first time in the 70's and Uganda vehicles were being driven on Kigali streets with Uganda plates, with Uganda insignias, they never even bothered to remove them. It has been a  very long habit that Rwanda does not  import cars, they drive cars stolen in Uganda. Rwandans like Allan Barigye have not only stolen vehicles, they have stolen education, they have stolen medical care, they have stolen coffee, they have stolen cotton, on and on from Uganda to survive no matter who is their leader. That is why when a Rwandan like Allan Barigye walks into UAH and steals our right to discuss our own country it raises my attention. And I must raise your attention for those properties that they loot would have been beneficial to your own Uganda child.

 

That is why I ponder why the fools pleading how Rwandans have a right to loot our country, fail to realize that actually Allan Barigye's bank account is in Kigali than in Uganda. If you really do not understand the danger into that to our country, then to hell with you too.

Diepsloot, Johannesburg residents launched a 'door-to-door campaign' to recover looted items.

Together with JMPD and a taxi association, the Diepsloot Residents' Association recovered items looted from the Bambanani Mall and took them to the Police.
