{UAH} Govt to probe wealth of opposition MPs - Daily Monitor

Friends

I write these pieces and many out there cringe. I fully understand that, but the forum must be more than posting articles and God damn one liners. This is one of those times one member should have gain the strength and posted a thank you to EM for single handedly fighting the opposition inadequacy in this country. Just how many times have I written the word accountability just in last 14 days? Oh and the best that came out was name calling me. You simply cannot build a country on a base of that is none of our business, yes that is exactly what Okurut wrote about UPC. You are not a member thus shut up, well my neighbor is a member of UPC, and he has a right to know what you are doing in there. How much money do you have, how did you get it and how did you spend it? Opposition parties must produce a quarterly, an annual financial statements, as all MPs. We need to know how much money a prospective MP has and how he got it before we even elect you to parliament. And all MPs than only the opposition.

And the best Ugandans did was to head out for an EM hunting. Good firkin luck !!!!!

Now can you simply imagine if this call included government MPs as well? Can you simply imagine if this call included military/police and prisons officers as well? Can you simply imagine if this call included government ministries and ministers. And here is the big one, can you simply imagine if this call included Mengo too? Yes they are all public servants, and the delusion that Mengo was built on Kabaka is never audited, needs to be dropped, this is no longer the 17th century we are in 2021, and in 2021 public servants are held accountable. Kabaka had slaves and Abazaana we dropped that too. Ssekabaka Muteesa used to shoot his slaves to show his visitors how a present the British gave him kills so fast, yes he was showing off his gun by killing fellow Ugandans. You see boom he is now already dead, it was fun yet we stopped that too. We can hold Mengo accountable. And Yes I had a  confrontation with Nabagereka, she wanted to get a financial support from the population, but unlike her, I know how poor are the Ugandans in this city. Many have a problem putting food on their table. They work 2 or 3 jobs, they work weekends too, and all that money goes straight to paying bills. If you are walking into this city to take their money I need to see an accountability from you my dear. Many listened to my calling but still a few gullible ones, threw money to her.

I stand today to ask you a simple question if you are in diaspora, when exactly did you get your last report from the Etofaali expense account? Yes it is not illegal to ask those questions, and it is not being anti Nabagerekka. It is being a human being. That is what human beings do, you take the money we ask you what you used for it. Etofaali process went like whirl wind through North America and Europe, down the God damn Ausies, collected so much from the gullible and the firkin term was even thrown out. The creators of Etofaali are in Uganda driving Lexus that I cannot manage in this city. You think I do not like to own one in my back yard?

Stop limiting corruption to Museveni it is a national issue, stop preaching against IMF alone it works through ministries and opposition, stop going after World bank alone it works through Ugandans, corruption in Uganda is a pandemic, and until when  we create a national strategy to go after it nationally, until when we force people to lose their jobs due to corruption, we might as well sing Kumbaya to that country. The Prime Minister is making a good call, but it is way far short than what I am looking for. I  need that call to be expanded nationally, in all embassies, in all NGOs, in all charitable organizations.

And the Prime Minister can garner more of my support if she gets audited first in line.
