{UAH} WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NATO'S NEXT REFUGEES?

To the Afghan refugees who have arrived in the country, WELCOME TO UGANDA! Feel free, enjoy the great weather, and the friendly people! I am shocked that some NATO and EU countries are now shamelessly building walls against the very Afghan refugees that they are diverting to empoverished Africa, and this especially after NATO bombing the refugees' country for the last 20 years. They did the same against Libyans, Iraqis, Syrians, and every nation that they've obliterated in recent years, leaving a trail of blood, destruction and refugees for others to cope with. Meanwhile in the last few years we have also been watching in the news that the same NATO is also itching and preparing to fight Russia and China after Afghanistan, yet NATO leaders are not saying anything about who will be responsible for the refugees that their next wars would cause.
