{UAH} Here is another way of decongesting Kampala and spreading the happiness

Here is a super excellent idea for Gen. SSA's Operation Wealth Creation which doesn't cost him a dime

For the start, the country has a whopping 529 filthy rich Members of Parliament. These alone, spending a workday 24hrs (day and night) in a town or city can instantly transform the economy of the town or city.

Let's adjust their workdays to 1 month. You do the Math.

Here is what I am heading to.

House of Parliament

Uganda could as well start Spreading Happiness by opening a second House of Parliament in, say Gulu.

In Canada the Supreme Court will next year, 2022, sit in Quebec City.. This is only the second time it will have sat away from Ottawa after Winnipeg in 2019. One can only imagine how the small but All Supreme and Powerful 9 justices can positively affect life and the economy of a city.

"This initiative is part of the court's continued commitment to increasing access to justice and providing opportunities for members of the public to learn more about their justice system and, in particular, to see how the court's decisions affect everyone's lives," wrote Wagner, who was a Quebec Superior Court judge before he was named to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Indirectly, however, will be Gulu's economy running amok as if on steroids like a headless chicken. All without Museveni spending a dime of his famed and revered Brown Envelopes in the city.

Scoops have been that whenever Gen. SSA camps in Gulu residents are well aware there will be no power outage even for a micro-secon. Now imagine 529 MPigs chillaxing in Gulu for just one month. Businesses from way far yonder Arua, Lira  and Kirgum of all types - including whorehouses - will go aburst.

South Africa is said to have more than one House of Parliament with one I know being in Cape Town - light-years away from Pretoria.

Another way of Spreading Happiness all over the country is by key decentralizing government service operations.  A dominant example would be moving major URA offices to Mbale or even Arua

In Canada, among many, Cape Breton, a small island hurrying away from mainland Nova Scotia like an impatient mandingo, houses some of the most powerful federal government institutions including all things to do with Citizenship and Permanent Residency cards per se.

That's is what bringing services to the people aka. Spreading Happiness means.

Make me your President for just 1 (one) year and watch how I reconstruct Uganda's aerial image permanently within one and first year of my presidency - for from M7's mudomo peke.
