Recently-Heard Quotes Relevant To North American Life Nowadays (Or So I Believe)

For anyone who may have balked at this survey's title, per dictionary.com...

James O'Keefe, the investigative journalist who founded the Project Veritas organization, recently responded to a question asked by a couple of interviewers on their show, "Only two people can tell the future: God and liars." Do you agree with him?

Alex Newman, another favorite journalist of mine who writes for publications including The New American Magazine and The Epoch Times newspaper as well as his own Liberty Sentinel website, has said on his television show (which I watch it online) not long ago, "You can't comply your way out of tyranny." Can you think of an instance in history wherein a population's compliance with a tyrannical government brought about that government's demise?

Anni Cyrus, a visual artist and political commentator who was sold as a child bride by her father for $50 in Iran but eventually escaped to the U.S., in a radio segment recently observed "When a clown enters a castle, the clown doesn't become a king, but the castle becomes a circus" (I think she was quoting another source, but I can't ascertain what/who). Can you understand how such an analogy would be applicable to the United States and/or Canada in 2022?

Dr. Patrick Flynn, chiropractor and founder of a chain of wellness clinics, as heard on a February 2022 radio interview, quoted (I believe) Dr. Mike Yeadon at the 86th session of the World Corona Investigative Committee) in saying "When the truth comes out, don't ask me how I knew. Ask yourself why you didn't." Be it about COVID-19 and/or other goings on in the news lately, do you believe we are not being told everything we should be by people in positions that should obligate them to tell us more?
