Here is the thingi I have found to be strangely unique to new African presidents. Immediately they ascend to their offices the majority are quick to seek medical treatment abroad- esp to Europe 

Meaning we, the people, often give or further their nearly expired lives. We get led by dead men walking. And once we resuscitate them they become pompous and arrogantly drunk with power - power over those who gave them new life.

Then the long term agenda: To extinguishing those they deem threats to their longevity 

I came across a comment on Muhoozi and Mwenda playing Child Soldiers with Muwenda shuffling steps - I dont know how many times - before giving a weird drunken stupor of a salute to Muhoozi as Muhoozi appeared unsteadily tilted forward.

The comment said they were apparently inebriated- drunk. Snoops have for long been that the two are ardent gobblers of the associated psychedelic miracle water.

Now tell me we aren't heading, or rather, gunning for another mobile pharmacy in State House
