*Wafula Chebukati Asked To Publish Raila Odinga's Degree Certificate Before Clearing Him* 

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission chair Wafula Chebukati has been asked to share Raila Odinga's degree certificate with the public before clearing him to run for the presidency.

 

Canada based lawyer Joshua Miguna Miguna has asked Chebukati to publish Raila's original copy of the degree certificate.

According to Miguna, Raila has allegedly been presenting graduation booklets and citations to IEBC and not his certificates.

Miguna now wants Wafula Chebukati to demand from him an original degree from any university recognized in Kenya before clearing him.

"To Wafula Chebukati EBS: Before you clear Raila Odinga to run for president, can you publish the ORIGINAL copy of his DEGREE certificate from a university recognized in Kenya? Not graduation booklets. Not citations. Just a GENUINE DEGREE," Miguna said

Miguna Miguna who once worked as Raila's personal assistant is among Kenyans who have poked holes in Raila's academic success, with some saying his name does not exist in the registry of the university where he schooled abroad.
