{UAH} Who is this Nyanzi?

" The Post colonial education system was designed to breed and create bureaucrats that would run , administer and sustain their investments.

It was never designed to create critical thinkers , organisers , entrepreneurs etc.

One of the few advanced systems we were able to create thanks to the late Nyanzi , was the Uganda Development corporation.

He under Obote, set up this countries industrial muscle, the factories, Uganda hotels, vocation schools etc."

He was a rare gem who thought outside the box.
