{UAH} US Congress to consider term limits

Folks;

Talk about an idea who time has come! At least 40 Represantives are supporting a bipartisan bill to impose term limits for Members of the House and Senate. This is one Bill that receives my full support.

I would also recommend an age limit for the president and vice-president. The president and vice-president would not be older than 70 at the end of his or her second term. US politics breeds the kind of lifelong political career that Museveni has successfully used at home.

While I aprpeciate the belief that old age comes with wisdom, I don't buy the idea that an 80-year old president or congress person can have the same mental acuity and physical stamina of a50-year old. 

Term limit will require an amendment to the Constitution, which will require support ratification by 2/3 states. This should be no brainer, until you realize that politicians are in office as employees of big donors!
