{UAH} PETER SIMON OKURUT WHAT DIPLOMACY HAS PUTIN SEEN?

It is very hard to hold this discussion with you on this topic as a preacher of the war was never provoked. Russia is not seeing diplomacy today. And very briefly, Russia and Belarus have been very concerned about the weapons build in Europe. Belarus reached a point of going to its governors and carry out a referendum to change the constitution, to allow the Russian weapons into his country, for fear that Americans had amassed so many weapons around them when they had no defense.

 

There is an issue worrying both countries, and worrying every intelligent European, and that is the US nuclear arrangement with Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Turkey. That arrangement United States had about 100 B61 gravity bombs in those countries. You do not worry about using them but you worry about a mistake done, and an accident occurs. But that storage violates even the 1968 nonproliferation treaty. When Barrack Obama came in, everyone had a hope that he will remove those bombs, instead of removing them, Obama actually modernized them by spending more money to make them better.

 

By the time he left office, Obama had modernized them to new a version the B61-12, and those are in the system to be delivered to Europe as you read this writing. Belarus’s argument is very simple, Europeans can agree to live in a middle of bombs but the population of Belarus does not. If you read the financial statement between Putin and Xi-Ping, a following statement is included and I quote “ All Nuclear weapon states should refrain from deploying nuclear weapons abroad and with draw nuclear weapons deployed abroad”

 

President Putin seems have finally realized how diplomacy works. That is what he should be doing, building alliances with like minded neighbors and friends, rather than attacking them.    { What the heck are you talking about for God’s sake?}
