Trump to make 'personal' speech not mentioning 'Biden' by name
Former President Donald Trump is expected to make a "personal" speech shortly – and it will not mention the name, "Biden," a campaign adviser confirmed to The Post.
Trump wrote his own speech after he "tore up" his previously-planned remarks after surviving an assassination attempt on Saturday. His new speech will mention the Saturday shooting and his unifying vision.
