Donald Trump says a federal case needs to be brought against Kamala Harris after it was revealed Iran sent sensitive materials to her campaign about her rival.

The former president claims Harris 'spied' on his campaign because Iranian hackers stole information and gave it to the Democrats in an effort to interfere with the 2024 presidential election, according to the FBI. !!!

Donald Trump has been accused of unlawfully having communications and meetings with foreign leaders which contravene the Logan Act.

A number of Trump critics have suggested in recent days that the former president has broken the rarely cited law which makes it illegal for American citizens to engage in unauthorized diplomacy or negotiations with foreign countries who are in dispute with the U.S..

The claims are based around Trump speaking with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and sharing online a letter from Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas days before the Republican presidential nominee was due to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at his Mar-a-Lago resort.
