{UAH} RULANGA A LIAR, SELFISH TOO

1.       The story:

 Rulanga: "Amazingly, when I decided to go to him, I was not thinking about politics. I was thinking of what I could contribute in terms of fighting HIV. I thought he was the only one who could help……The management of our society is such that the President controls many things. I don't think I would get his support when I was in FDC."

2.        The break down:

1.       Rulanga must have traveled all the way to Rwakitura on appointment to meet a well established utter selfish politician. A politician he knew selfishly keeps all public resources under his armpits, a politician he knew would rather selfishly let Ugandans perish in the numbers Rulanga revealed than let Rulanga help out as long as they remain indifferent in political ideology. A politician Rulanga knows selfishly wants to twist the history of this great nation to reread from 1986 and blur all the best period this nation has ever had from 1962 to '67---with no foreign debt, excess foreign reserves….

2.       The Truth…

To say he dint go to discuss politics, Rulanga is an utter liar, selfish too!  All things he has said before and will say in future should be taken as such—with lots of CAUTION.
