{UAH} Uganda in worst position

Without political opposition, Uganda is left with an incoherent
uncaring system making those who are holding power utterly
irresponsible and reckless.

Right now the country is facing serious challenges from hunger, hand
to mouth earnings the (owino /archade/Luwuum class) to graduate
unemployment.

State institutions virtually all of them, are rotten or in near
collapse state! Basically in some state departments, people have
virtually nothing to do. Some Ministries exist either for reasons
below national interest or reason beyond social comprehension. It is
not only silly but beyodn reason why Uganda has ministries or
districts that are underfunded decade after decade and in principal
can't even design a latrine!

The government appears not really concerned but rather seeking simpler
and travail ways of solving self created problems by sending off
thousands of Ugandans in slavery among the Arabs- (check Ugandans in
Arab countries on facebook)

It is horrible
