SV: {UAH} AHOLI LEADERS SHOULD LOOK FEDERAL.

Ndugu OKUONZIFellow Ugandans, and UAH folks,
Frankly, the whole of us know both Acoli and Madi folks had been living together as good neighbours for centuries whereby there were exchanges of marriages between our two folks without any brutal political confusions as it started some few years till currently. Yes, both Acoli and Madi have traditional and, or customary land tenure systems which shall be threatened with expansions of our populations, but let us agree that our traditional values shall prevailed since both our people have hopes for peaceful coexistence without fear as the way forward.
Sadly, the Land conflicts in Uganda, are by far currently, is the biggest crises afflicting our folks today. Communities have clashed over competing claims to forestland. This means, I think both Acoli and Madi political and civil societies must try to work hard to get solutions to this ongoing land crisis among our two folks without very heavy external political pressures. Clearly, I think our traditional values had been built on the ethics of clear compromise as the way forward which I belief had given our traditional leaders to value our concerns for the generations to come than living on the nuance of now without tomorrow!
Lastly, I think there must be true compromises between both Acoli and Madi folks as the way forward for peaceful coexistence with hopes without fear. Let both our folks think hard about the futures of our children and grandchildren those would inherit the legacies of our great grandparents of peaceful coexistence, which brought marriages among both Acoli and Madi folks. Let us agree our folks have not been enemies, hence the strong bondages of our blood through marriages had been the very strong steam-engine to move us forward for a peaceful coexistences without fear and the political pressures from outsiders shall not force us into massacring our own blood!

Mr Katerega , Can you recall vaguely even if not , in 1979 the Ma'di and Aringa– a community of Lugbara People , about 15,000  who happened to have lived and established themselves only on / in Acholi Land in Uganda / East Nile were all slaughtered , massacred , killed with impunity

When will the Acholis or together with with their LUO - NILOTIC GROUPS learn to live together with others wether in a Unitary State or Federal State they want to create in Uganda or (East Nile / Uganda) to become Federal State ------ (Lol !)

I see GEN. MOSES ALI AND MADI LEADERS AS READY FOR TALKS OTHER THAN
HON OUKLANYAH AND ACHOLI LEADERS WHO ARE FOR CONFRONTATION.
