Do you know how much Kayibanda Two Buttocks Museveni was paid upfront by the shady oil companies for the Bunyoro oil?  I was at the offices of Transparency International last week, and someone told me it could be as much as $17.5 million upfront, with add-ons and guaranteed cuts from future sales amounting to $250 million. When Two Buttocks emerged in 1986 wearing army fatigues, few Ugandans would have imagined he would metarmophose into one of the most  active and voracious financial criminals of modern times.
