Please add your name to 119 others who want United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres to confront Gen. Museveni over his role in the South Sudan calamity when he attends the UN/Museveni refugee Conference in Uganda on June 22/23
And for SG Mr. Guterres not to:
1. Shelve the Report by the Panel of Experts submitted to the UN Security Council on April 13 detailing Gen. Museveni"s and Gen. Salva Kiir's and Gen. Paul Malong's roles in S. Sudan massacres, and creating the refugee catastrophe
2. Not to nominate Gen. Museveni for the Noble Peace Prize for the humanitarian assistance to refugees (since he helped create the calamity with the December 2013 military intervention).
