[UAH] Fate of 'rebel MPs': Shadow AG goes to Court
Shadow Attorney General Abdu Katuntu has filled a petition at the Constitutional Court challenging the Attorney General's advise to the Speaker.
Early this month, the Attorney General Peter Nyombi advised the speaker Rebecca Kadaga to reverse her decision of keeping the 4 rebel MPs in august house. Katuntu's petition now bring the number of constitutional petitions in the case to three.
The spokesperson for the Judiciary Erias Kisawuzi has however revealed that the applicants to the various petitions will have to wait a little longer.
