Recently public statements by senior figures in the regime outside
regular procedures is indicative of the open ticket for Ugandans to
open their minds and use the width of media and public space. This is
one of the proud engagements of the President and his Gov't.
Responsible use of this freedom is encouraged 24/7 to reduce chances
of slipping into past limits.
