Following an escalation in cyber crimes in Uganda, Government says it will commit more resources to arrest a vice that has seen Ugandans lose lots of money.Banks and Telecommunication Companies are among the worst hit entities with a major telecom player reporting a Multi Billionloss last year after a hit on its network by cyber criminals.
I think cyber criminals are working in those companies ! Let the gov't first handle bank which steel from their customers especially salary earners
