[UAH] The Monitor challenges court order to reveal source.
The High court in Kampala has set the 12th of June next month as the date on which it will start hearing an application in which four Daily Monitor journalists are challenging orders issued by Nakawa Court, demanding that the newspaper should give the police the original letter written by Gen. David Sejusa.
The government is claiming the letter using the 'official secrets act of 1964' yet the letter written by Ssejjusa to monitor was not an official letter since it was not directed to any officer in the country thus making their claims weak but then Uganda court is a Ugandan court lets wait for what will happen.
Ssejusa's latest letter to the media, a copy of which was obtained by BBC is titled: "Uganda government in panic and is now acting desperately". Museveni and his supporters can google bbc/focus on africa 29th May for all this.

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public."
