[UAH] Museveni makes minor cabinet changes, but....

Folks;   There is nothing minor in these cabinet changes. A president does not casually replace the head of the military just like that.   I think the president is tired of civilians heading law enforcement agencies; so, he is brining in his trusted military commander, Gen.
