Folks; The lame explanation here - that Kenya's ambassador to the UN was pushing a pre-Uhuru administration position regarding ICC - smarks of incompetent diplomacy at mitigating the ensuing embarassment. It's obvious that Uhuru's people were out to save his skin, leaving Ruto high and dry. Pojim |
