[UAH] NRM Caucus approves Kampala take-over & this is the story U will c on Newvision/Bukedde front pages(not Sejjusa)

The NRM caucus has resolved to back the proposal by the Public Service and Local Government committee that President Yoweri Museveni takes over the management of Kampala Capital City Authority.
The proposal by the committee follows months of its probe into alleged mismanagement of the City Authority following a petition by Kampala Mayor Erias Lukwago. The caucus resolution at State House comes ahead of a Parliamentary debate tomorrow.Mr. M7 to be announced d new k'la mayor.

Now, we have got president-mayor museven!!!  he is lacking what to do bez he sees that there is lukwago who is trying to stop corruption,so he wants to create more jamas, Kutesa, mbabazis and so on.Very soon he's gonna take on the church 4rm bishops and mosques 4rm sheik in order 2 consolidate himself in power.
