[UAH] Parliament Rejects Doctored KCC Bill For M7 To Take Over Kampala

Parliament last night rejected the Kampala Capital city authority committee report after discovering that the Chairperson of Public Service and Local Government committee Florence Kintu and her vice Raphael Magyezi doctored the final drafting that recommended that President Yoweri Museveni takes over KCCA.

Deputy Speaker Jacob Oulanyah who presided over the House directed the party chief whips to appoint MPs to constitute a select committee to internalize the minutes of the meetings and make a final report to Parliament with in 21 days.
