[UAH] SUPER HON. BUKENYA IN ROAD RAGE

A man intimately resembling Prof. Gilbert Bukenya was on Monday
evening embroiled in a war for road space with whimsical taxi drivers
near Lubigi swamp, North of Kampala. He was dressed in a checked
shirt, his head under a Museveni-style hat and driving a full 4*4 Land
Cruiser of top range series Reg. No. UG........C. Satellite images
show him bullying other vehicles for about 200metres, weaving in and
out of the line to get ahead. He was with an unidentified lady in the
co-driver's seat, perhaps the cause of his urgency. Occupants of other
vehicles were heard wondering why the Bukenya clone was behaving thus
in such a posh Gov't machine. This world!
