[UAH] Uganda's sickness

It is becoming apparent that Uganda is a patient who is receiving an over doze in her treatment.  In 1986, when Museveni and his rebels took over, Uganda, the patient, needed an intensive care Unit for her treatment and that was the NRM under president Museveni then.  Unfortunately the patient got better and should have been moved out of intensive care in 1996 (some will argue 1991) but she has been kept in intensive care and as a result she will get worse not better!  The intensive care doctor should be pleaded with to let the patient go!  What is worse is that he still wants to hand her to other doctors in the intensive care ward.  That still wont do!
