Remember that less than a month ago or so , one "general" surrendered to US embassy in Rwanda . He was talked to by CIA for 4 days . This is a man who knows things inside Rwanda , Uganda , Congo , and Burundi . Many people don`t know that before he surrendered CIA and other famous intelligence forces had already talked to other x-fighters in this region . UN has put in billions to buy information from some of these characters . It is naive to dismiss this report
