AN ABANDONED AMBULANCE AT KAGADI HOSPITAL in western Uganda.how are we going to avert maternal and child deaths when we are not providing basic/essential facilities/resources to Ugandan Health units? who will rescue the state of Uganda's healthcare system.We think it begins with you my fellow Ugandans.
