Gentlemen, ladies, lawyers,
Can someone do for us a synopsis on the Fred Ruhindi brand of
politics. This guy is a three-term MP for Nakawa constituency and
State Minister of Justice. Without breaking the ice too quickly,
Ruhindi is described among some groups as St. Ruhindi, Hon. Love, etc.
Compared to many, he belongs in a rare class. How does he do his
thing?
