[UAH] all but 3 serrving PS replaced in Kenya

The Jubilee government has replaced all but 3 serving Ps. The surprise replacement is that of Dr Bitange Ndemo who has done a lot for ICT.  As predicted way back, Dr Kamau Thugge becomes the PS to the treasury.  From the picture in the Nation  one of the nominees is a disabled lady,  not sure of her name. That is in keeping with the new constitution.
 
 
The 3 retained are Mutea Iringo -Meru-as Principal Secretary, Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government, Karanja Kibicho as Foreign Affairs PS and Micheni Ntiba (Fisheries).
