Father to Danielynn Hope Marshal Smith Birkhead

(as per DNA test results).

 

The Baby Dannielynn d/o Ann Nicole Smith's was last year 2012 officially declared the sole heir to her mother's meaning she could one day inherit a multi-million dollar fortune. Dannielynn's father is Larry Birkhead.

 

In 2007, Birkhead fought a custody battle for his daughter which he won when DNA results proved his paternity.

 

Ann Nicole Smith's now late son Daniel had up to then been Anna Nicole Smith's heir according to a will that was written well before his death, but the actress/model never changed it.

 

 

She died of an accidental overdose of prescription drugs in February 2007, five months after Dannielynn was born and the death of her 20-year-old son Daniel.

 

 

When Anne Nicole Smith passed on, Judge Seidlin (RIP) cried as he handed down judgement that the former Playboy Playmate's remains should be buried next to her son Daniel at their Bahamas home. 'I want you to understand that I reviewed absolutely everything,' a tearful Seidlin said while handing down his ruling.

'I have struggled with this. I have shed tears. Justice is not perfect, it's what is reasonable.'

 

 

At the time of her death, Ann Nicole Smith was embroiled in a legal battle over the will of billionaire oil tycoon Howard Marshall, whom she married when she was 26 and he was 89.

Howard Marshall died 14 months later with a fortune estimated at £1billion, triggering a battle between Anne Nicole Smith and Howard Marshall's family over his estate, that still has not been resolved.

If that dispute is settled and Anna Nicole Smith's estate receives a large payout, the money would belong to Dannielynn - here.
