[UAH] Bullets were heard in the Grounds of Parliament as President Yoweri Museveni was leaving Parliament

Bullets were heard in the Grounds of Parliament as President Yoweri Museveni was leaving Parliament, the President had just finished Addressing the East Africa Legislative Assembly and was preparing to Enter his car when the Bullet escaped from the AK47 of  a soldier on Guard the President was imediately whisked away by special Forces while  The soldier that was responsible for this bullet output was immediately put under arrest. It is believed that it was accidental because the unidentified soldier was astonished to what had taken place.However contrasting views are..
