[UAH] Gen Aronda.

I am not quite conversant with the constitution but  can Gen Aronda serve as a minister while still a military officer or is it because its only in M7's Uganda?

If not how come it is not challenged by anybody?

I guess abantu bakowu nyo that no body cares anymore about what M7 does after-all he will do as he wishes and gets away with it!
