[UAH] I love Uganda and it breaks my heart to see this! Corruption, no one cares about the little person as long as they can line their pockets!

People have to fetch water from long distance and besides it is most likely to contain pathogens. The state can provide water. It chooses not to. Arms and guns are far more lucrative.This picture is priceless; it speaks volumes about a country that should never have to have water shortage nor food shortage.There is a lot of water in Uganda, Just see the Map Lakes rivers all over the place. So why cant people get clean water?...Corruption, no one cares about the little person as long as they can line their pockets!

My heart just stops every time I saw children so very young (as well as the elderly) carrying water jugs...
