[UAH] land grabbing in uganda

M7 while in Luwero trying to promote the new land law before it was pasted in parliament, he did say that he understands the land issues because he is one of the biggest land owners not just in Uganda but probably in the whole world. The question is, how much of that land did he have before 01.25.1986?
Actually most people around M7, many of his top army officers, people who had no or very little land 27 years ago, are now the biggest land owners in Uganda.
There is every indication that M7's agenda since 1986 included mass land grabbing. In fact Nantaba was made a fool of herself, because her very appointing authority is at the center of land grabbing.
Can for example M7 explain how he got Kisozi land which was first bought by the army? How Mbabazi got Temangalo land which was first bought by the army too? How did Salim Sahel get the 6000 Hec. of land which used to belong to East Mengo Coop?
