[UAH] Mawanda blames Foreign Affairs for misleading Ugandans over Indian affair

Folks;   Like many of you here, I had followed this case with much interest because;   1. It did not sound right from the get-go. I find it hard to believe that two intelligent Ugandans would knowingly travel to a foreign country to transact a mind-blowing magendo in such a brazen manner. So, I had my doubt when the story came out.   2. It involved two leaders being accused of serious crimes in a foreign country. Here, my interest was to see how the ministry of Foreign Affairs would handle this challenge and provide legal support to its citizens at their time of despair.   Instead of rising to the occassion, FA flopped every single test. As usual.
