[UAH] NRM will run Kampala at all costs, says Tumwebaze(arrogantly)

Folks, Some time I sit back and wonder what some of these fellows are made of and what kind of brains they have. Just imagine this kind of statement as if  they own the country. "with or without the votes in Kampala, the National Resistance Movement government will implement its programmes to the people of Kampala".

What programs  is he speaking of that we have not seen in the last two decades?

What scares the shit out of me is that he is a westerner (I do not know from which part) but this kind of arrogance is totally unacceptable.  Baganda have every reason to be mad.When the tables turn and they will sure do, alot of shit is going to hit the fan. I hate to imagine what will happen when every sense of reason will be thrown out of the window.
