[UAH] Obama rightly defends his record on Africa

Folks;   In this forum, we have been barraged for a while now by lamentations as to how niggardly, Obama has been of help Africa, in comparison to his predecessor, President Bush.   Oftentimes, those charges and comparisons have been made out of spite for Obama, as a black man; other times, it has been due to general ignorance of how US donor funds are controlled.   At last, President Obama is offering the same line of explanation that I had used here to rebutt charges that he had been a miser when it came to helping Africa.   Pojim       http://news.yahoo.com/obama-heads-south-africa-mandela-mind-020643222.html
