[UAH] Phone companies should be taxed for gambling!

I hope the tax increase on gambling applies to the phone companies as well!  These companies are doing very brisk business with their gambling asides (perhaps even more than they make on the calling business)!  You cannot complete a day without getting an offer to gamble your money in some form or another from the different phone companies.  One wonders whether government is really on top of this side of these companies' business.

And by the way can these companies be compelled to stop giving us these unwanted messages except on request?!
