[UAH] PULKOL DAVID'S LETTER

Greetings

My 36 hours investigation into unsigned evil letter purported to have been authored by Hon. Pulkol David.

Reveals the following:-

The author Omino Thom and group this Omino lad is one of the advisers to Hon. Akena Jimmy.

The motivation to author this letter is intended to divert attention from the embarrassments and rejection of Hon. Akena Jimmy by the great UPC members of Lango Sub-region during his marriage celebration. I believe you all know what happened.

The time is now to tell off those of Omino's type to stoppolitics of survival,boot ticking and  using UPC as a bait, for money.

I sudder when I read Omino's communication about David Pulkol. Please kindly be advised not discuss issues you do not know. What does Omino of all people know about Pulkol and UPC? Absolutely blank.

Tom Omino and his likes should be reminded that all Ugandans without exception were conscript into NRM|NRA until 2005. When UPC and others brought multiparty system back.  David Pulkol having served the present regime as chief spy is not criminal and does not violate UPC constitution and does not cancel his membership in the party.

Crossing from a party to another is a democratic right of an individual member and did not start with Comrade David Pulkol. But for the sake of the lad Tom and Co. Mzee Adoko Nekyon left UPC to DP then back to UPC, Mzee Bidandi Ssali left UPC to another , to UPM and now his party PPP, Kizza Besigye left UPC to NRM and now to FDC, Ndugu Ruganda from UPC, to NRMO etc. Supposing these persons want to come back to UPC, guys like Omino would want to object.

In fact I am very happy David Pulkol after studying those parties, he decided to come back home. I have worked with David and as a fellow security minded person, I have learnt to appreciate his passion for UPC his party and under Mzee Major Edward Rurangaranga leadership we are working hard to salvage UPC from those who wish her death. Long live UPC! Long live Uganda!

NB: If there is anyone who has a case against Hon. David Pulkol, the courts of law are there to Randle.
