[UAH] SHOW ME THIS FOR UGANDA?

I  guess not until all Sukhois are grounded for life to free a tiny budget.

With Uganda even a patient producing this, were it there, will still be asked to cough out a bribe just to be seen or read. Makes no point after all in having them.
